Groundwater Report
The project is a commercial-use project. It is approximately 0,984 acres and located north
of W. McMillian Road west of N. Linder Road with the address of 1788 W. McMillian Road.
There does not appear to be an issue with groundwater at this location. A geotechnical report has been
completed. Materials Testing& Inspection estimates groundwater will remain greater than 9 feet below
ground surface throughout the year.
Groundwater is estimated at a depth greater than 4 feet along the lane/drive proposed on this site.
