Hello, I am following up on my email as I have not received a response nor has my email been included in the Public Comments for this project (File: H-2025-0030) Thank you Kim Laukala On Tue, Jun 2, 2026 at 4:04 PM Kimberly Laukala <klaukala@gmail.com> wrote: Good afternoon, I am forwarding an email that the residents of Cherry Blossom Place received today regarding our Irrigation Pump not having adequate water and turning off. This is the same issue we were very concerned about last year as the P&Z commission were reviewing the Cherry Blossom East Subdivision for approval. Part of the condition for approval is that the entire pump system was to be fixed so that there is enough pressure for not only our 44 houses but also the additional 3 new houses that are proposed in the above referenced file number. If the system cannot handle the current amount of houses watering at the same time, then I do not understand how the additional 3 houses can be approved to be on our pump. We are now being required to reduce the times and about of water we use and yet we have not seen more than 4 homeowners watering at the same time, so we are unsure how this is an issue. I am requesting that this email (with email below) be included in the public records and that this issue be address fully prior to the July 28, 2026 public hearing. This issue needs to be completed before final approval so that the current homeowners are not stuck with dealing with this after the additional 3 houses are added to our pump system. Thank you. Right now, the irrigation pump is shutting off because too many homes are watering at the same time. This is drawing the system down and affecting water availability for everyone. Required Watering Schedule To help balance the system, all homeowners must follow this schedule:  Even-numbered addresses: Water on even-numbered days  Odd-numbered addresses: Water on odd-numbered days  Limit watering to 2–3 days per week  Only water before 10:00 AM or after 6:00 PM Following this schedule will help spread out water usage and prevent the system from shutting down. Important Reminders  Do NOT touch or adjust the HOA irrigation timers in the common areas  We have already found that a timer was tampered with, which impacts the entire system  All irrigation controls for common areas must only be handled by authorized personnel The irrigation system is shared by the entire community, and everyone must do their part to ensure it runs properly. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at info@keystonepacific.com. We appreciate your cooperation in helping protect the system and maintain the landscaping for all residents.
