A. Request: Modified Development Agreement to amend the existing development
agreement (Inst. #2025-010344) for the purpose of modifying the phase 1 frontage
landscape improvements.
Motion to continue to June 23, 2026 made by Councilman Overton, Seconded by Councilwoman
Little Roberts.
