landscape buffer easement along the southside of Grand Mogul Drive. The landscape requirements of the
landscape easement area are incorporated in the PUE. We are requesting that this 5 foot landscape buffer

easement be vacated. This will allow new parcel owners to use this area. See Detail C and Note 18 of the
attached Vanguard Village Subdivision No. 1 plat. This easement vacation covers 2 parcels. R8956280600
and R8956280200.
