DESCRIPTION
A parcel of land located in the NW1/4 of the SE1/4 and the NE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 15,
Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more
particularly described as follows:
The southerly 5.00 feet of the 26.00 foot landscape buffer, located south of, and running parallel with
the south right-of-way of West Grand Mogul Drive as shown on the Plat of Vanguard Village
Subdivision No. 1, recorded in Book 130 of Plats at Pages 21574-21577, records of Ada County, Idaho
of which the extents run from the east boundary to the west boundary of said Subdivision.
