This letter is to con:tirm that the City of Meridian's City Council approved
the Final Plat Modification (to remove the requirement of constnIcting a
sidewalk adjacent to the north portion of Jericho Road and to modify the
fencing adjacent to lots 12 and 14, Block 3); for the subject property at
their July 3, 2007 meeting.
