Commencing at a found aluminum cap marking the Southeast corner of said Section 25,which bears
S00°32'50"W a distance of 2,664.88 feet from a found aluminum cap marking the East 1/4 corner of said
Section 25;
Thence following the easterly line of said East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4, N00°32'50"E a distance of 899.50 feet;
Thence leaving said easterly line, N89`27'10"W a distance of 297.81 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence N89°27'10"W a distance of 200.18 feet;
Thence S00°32'50"W a distance of 73.71 feet;

Thence N06°15'42"E a distance of 658.76 feet to a found 5/8-inch rebar marking the boundary of Stapleton
