Commencing at a found aluminum cap marking the Southeast corner of said Section 25,which bears
S00°32'50"W a distance of 2,664.88 feet from a found aluminum cap marking the East 1/4 corner of said
Section 25,thence following the southerly line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, N89'04'18"W a
distance of 1,238.00 feet;
Thence leaving said southerly line,N06°15'42"E a distance of 567.13 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence N06*15'42"E a distance of 254.51 feet;

Thence S00"32'50"W a distance of 253.48 feet;
