described as follows:
BEGINNING at a found aluminum cap marking the Southeast corner of said Section 25,which bears
S00'32'50"W a distance of 2,664.88 feet from a found aluminum cap marking the East 1/4 corner of said
Section 25,thence following the southerly line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4,N89°04'18"W a
distance of 1,238.00 feet;
Thence leaving said southerly line, N06'15'42"E a distance of 567.13 feet;
Thence S89°25'58"E a distance of 683.52 feet;
Thence N00°32'50"E a distance of 327.20 feet;
Thence 589'27'10"E a distance of 200.18 feet;
Thence N00°32'50"E a distance of 10.79 feet to the boundary of the Plat of Jessica Condos Project
Amendment No.1(Book 123 of Plats,Pages 19519-19522);
Thence following said subdivision boundary and the easterly extension thereof,S89'27'10"E a distance of
