Good afternoon, Bill and Sonya,
I wanted to let you know that we made some modifications to our site plan to address the comments
from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Here is a summary of the changes, from north to south:
1- Revamped the NW multi-family area slightly to achieve a more efficient layout with safer access
onto the collector backage road
2- Increased connectivity and integration of NW corner office uses
3- Created a more predictable, usable parking area and drive aisle network on NW corner
4- Added additional plaza/amenity space on NW corner throughout the site
5- Added additional shops space on NW corner with larger patio areas
6- Strengthened pedestrian connectivity and quasi-public space between the SW commercial and
multi-family areas
7- Revamped multi-family area on SW corner to accommodate additional quasi-public transition
space and quasi-public amenity space throughout
8- Added ~8,000 SF of office space on SW corner in place of 20 residential units
I uploaded all relevant drawings and documents to ePlan. To simplify and sort through what is new, I
have also placed the newly uploaded files here, so you can download them as needed: H-2025-0007
