Sig~f~A pli~ ~. - ; ;~, STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE LOCHSA FALLS N0.3 SUBDIVISION The proposed streets will be constructed to Ada County Highway District standazds. (Construction Standards: Local - 33 ft. street section, 5 ft. landscaped area and 4 ft. detached sidewalks.) 2. The proposed development is in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan. This azea is designated as Medium Density Residential on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map. 3. The development will connect to City water and sewer facilities. The applicant will extend water and sewer from the second phase north to the second phase. 4. The final plat submitted complies with most provisions of the Ordinance. The existing zoning designation is R-4. However, the project was approved under a Planned Unit Development application allowing deviations from dimensional standards and other azeas of the Ordinance. 5. All applicable easements have been shown on the final plat. 6. The street names delineated on the final plat reflect the comments by the Street Name Committee. 7. All items on the checklist have been provided.
