Council to grant re-consideration. You would have to include in your request a reason that wouid cause thei"n to want to review this matter a
second time. That usually means you waul d have to raise some issue that was not addressed origina!ly with a reason \vhy it could :lot IlaVe
been raised in your original hearing, The findings and order denying your appeal will be on the Council agenda for final action on ,July 10th for
their final approval. If you want your request re-considered you will have to have a written request to the City C:erk by July 5th. After the
decision is final the only appeal at that point is to District C01.l11. You may want to hire Counsel to assist you if tl,at is what you choose ~o do.
