and RELEASE OF WARRANTY SURETY

STEVE AND NADINE BURAK LIVING TRUST
And
CITY OF MERIDIAN
The Development Surety Agreement, recorded as Instrument # 2024-025773, entered by and between
the City of Meridian (“City”), a Municipal Corporation, and Steve and Nadine Burak Living Trust,
Developer”), has been satisfied in accordance with the City’s requirements.
Attached hereto is the City Engineer’s letter confirming completion of all the required Public
Improvements set forth in the Agreement and the City’s consent to release the warranty surety.
