Hello and good afternoon, I am unable to attend tonight's meeting but did have a couple of concerns: 1. Will the sidewalk that currently ends at Skybreak be extended along South Eagle Road? Will there be a crosswalk? Currently, young children and adults walk/ride their bikes on this section of the road --- Especially after church services. There is no sidewalk. With the additional traffic created by the Skybreak expansions, Sterling Ridge Development and the subdivision across the street, pedestrians will be greatly endangered. 2. With the increased housing in this area, will the irrigation system support the addition of these houses? (In Skybreak, we are currently being asked to alternate our days of water usage due to low water flows and the subdivision is not at 50% buildout). 3. Can the current school system, support the additional students that this housing development will generate or will new schools have to be built? 4. Will the trees that currently grace the private drive be saved? These trees are currently home to hawks and other forms of wildlife in the area. 5. This area has been farmland for a very long time. Were studies completed to confirm that toxic pesticides and other chemicals utilized in farming will not be released in the area during the subdivision buildout or create medical problems for future residents? Thank you very much for taking the time to answer these questions, Margaret Beckwith 3339 E Englehart Drive Meridian, Idaho 83642 1
