• Building is one story with pitched roof and multi-material exterior.
• Building has fourteen (14) standard parking spaces, one (1) accessible space, and four (4) bike parking
spaces.
• Trash enclosure was reviewed and approved by Republic Services.
• Landscaping designed per Meridian standards.
