Project: Gateway Marketplace Variance RECEIVED JUL - 3 2007 Location: SE corner of Eagle and Ustick City of Meridian City Clerk Office Highlights of Proposed Development: Variance to the: 1) 35-foot wide landscape buffers along entryway corridors; and, 2) the landscape buffer along streets to be located at the subdivision boundary within a common lot or a permanent easement. The Applicant proposes to reduce the width of the landscape buffer on the subject property to 20 feet and use approximately 15 feet to 26 feet of surplus ROW towards the remainder.
