Final Plats: Project: Harks Canyon Creek Staff Recommendation: Approval; the final plat substantially complies with approved PP. Outstanding Issues before Council: none Applicant Provided Written Agreement with Conditions: Yes Project: Hightower Modifications The applicant is requesting to construct a 4-foot tall open vision instead of a 6-foot tall vinyl fence along the property lines of Lot 12 and Lot 14, Block 3. Also, the applicant is constructing a 6-foot tall decorative concrete wall approximately 10 feet north of said property lines. The 6-foot concrete wall is required by ITD and ~will provide sound protection to the residences. The applicant also requests to remove the requirement to construct a sidewalk along the west side ofN. Jericho Road, north of Everest Street. This portion of roadway is being vacated. Staff Recommendation: Approval; the proposed modifications meet or exceed the original intent. Outstanding Issues before Council: none Applicant Provided Written Agreement with Conditions: Yes
