NARRATIVE
The religious structure is an 20,439 square foot, single story church/meetinghouse. The chapel or main
gathering space seats 300 occupants. There are no full-time staff or residential components. The facility is
primarily used for Sunday worship. There are minor meetings held on week nights after 5:00 P.M.
The parcel is currently in the County and zoned RUT. The application for annexation, R-8 zone designation
to allow a church through a CUP. Currently, ACHD is only allowing one means of access to the property.
Hopefully, for the safety and use of the site that will be modified. The current design reflects the 50' ROW
dedication for the future round-a-bout. The design also includes the 25' landscape street buffer.
