BASIS OF BEARING:
The East line of the Southeast 114 of Section 23, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise
Meridian, derived from found monuments and taken as North 00141'22"East with the distance
between monuments found to be 2650.52 feet.
BEGINNING at Southeast corner of said Section 23, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise
Meridian from which the East 1/4 corner of said section 23 bears
North 00041'22" East a distance of 2650.52 feet,-
Thence leaving said Southeast corner and along the South line of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4, North 89°06'47"West, a distance of 879.58 feet;
Thence leaving said South line North 00'53'19" East, to the Southeast corner of Lot 11, Block
1, Majestic View Subdivision, Book 61, Pages 6110 & 6111, a distance of 30.03 feet;
Thence leaving said Southeast corner and along the East line of said Lot 11,
North 25006'11" East, to the Northeast corner of said Lot 11, a distance of 496.37 feet;
Thence leaving said Northeast corner and along the South line of Lot 12, Block 1, Majestic View
Subdivision, Book 61, Pages 6110 &6111, South 47°35'49" East, to the Southeast corner of
said Lot 12, a distance of 230.36 feet;
Thence leaving said Southeast corner and along the South line of Lot 13, Block 1, Majestic
View Subdivision, Book 61, Pages 6110 &6111, the following Two (2) courses:
South 52005'49" East, a distance of 119.99 feet;
South 87031'37" East, to a point on the East line of the Southeast 1/4 a distance of
406.99 feet;
Thence along said East line, South 00°41'22" West, a distance of 246.53 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
