Easterly along the South line of the said Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter a distance of 40.0 feet,more or
less,to a point;thence
North 0104'34'West,140.0 feet,more or less,to a point;thence
South 89'55'26"West,40.0 feet,more or less,to a paint,in the West line of the said Southwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter;thence
Southerly along said West line 140.00 feet,more or less,to the Place of Beginning.
To have and to hold the said premises,with their appurtenances unto the said Grantee,its heirs and assigns forever.
And the said Grantor does hereby covenant to and with the said Grantee,that Grantor is the owner in fee simple of
