Final Plat Modification Narrative
Dear Mr. Hood:
Attached for your review and favorable consideration is the final plat modification for Avani #1.
Due to storm drainage design issues identified during the approval process, one lot was removed from
the final plat. Specifically, Block 5, Lot 5 was removed from the original plat dated June 12, 2024.
The revised final plat, dated May 8, 2026, reflects the corrected lot count of 67 buildable lots, reduced
from the original 68 buildable lots. There are no other functional changes to the final plat.
