BY THE CITY COUNCIL: CAVENER,LITTLE ROBERTS, OVERTON,
STRADER, TAYLOR,WHITLOCK
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN APPOINTING
TERESA(TERRY)DE LA O DENNINGTON TO SEAT 5 OF THE DEVELOPMENT IMPACT
FEE ADVISORY COMMITTEE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Meridian City Code 2-2-3 establishes the Development Impact Fee Advisory
Committee, its members and terms of their appointments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Meridian deems the appointment of Teresa(Terry)
De La O Dennington to Seat 5 of the Development Impact Fee Advisory Committee to be in the best
interest of the Development Impact Fee Advisory Committee and the City of Meridian;
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN,IDAHO:
Section 1. That pursuant to Meridian City Code § 2-2-3, Teresa(Terry)De La O Dennington is
hereby appointed to Seat 5 of the Development Impact Fee Advisory Committee, with a term to expire
September 30, 2027;
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption
and approval.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 261h day of May, 2026.
