Dimensions will be determined by the City Engineer. All sidewalks will be five (5) feet in width. 2. Proposed use is in conformance with the City of Meridian Comprehensive Plan. 3. (Construction 5tandazds: Local - 33 ft. street section, 5 ft. landscaped area and 4 ft. detached sidewalks.) 2. The proposed development is in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan. This azea is designated as Medium Density Residential on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map. 3. The development will connect to City water and sewer facilities. The applicant will extend water and sewer north in Ten Mile Road to the Bews 80 acre parcel where the facilities will be extended east and north in to the subject property and east to the first phase. 4. The final plat submitted complies with most provisions of the Ordinance. The existing zoning designation is R-4. However, the project was approved under a Planned Unit Development application allowing deviations from dimensional standazds and other azeas of the Ordinance. 5. All applicable easements have been shown on the final plat. 6. The street names delineated on the final plat reflect the comments by the Street Name Committee. 7.
