Roadway Centerline and Groundwater Elevations
Dear Planning Staff,
Groundwater monitoring has been conducted for the Dayspring Subdivision by Geotek with
the results of the monitoring being summarized in the Groundwater Report prepared by
Geotek dated, February 2026. Based on the groundwater monitoring data provided by
Geotek,the roadway centerline elevations within the Dayspring Subdivision No. 3 have been
designed to elevations greater than three feet above the seasonal high groundwater
elevations.
