I have attached a letter from the Nampa-Melidian Irrigation District. Obtaining this letter, which states that the
Ridenbaugh Canal exceeds the 48-inch piping requirement, was a Condition of Approval for the Meadowlake
Village North project (PP-07-o09, CUP-07-o08, & MI...Q7-006). Not sure ifyou guys would need a copy ofthis for
the Council meeting coming up or would want to scan it into our system, but here you go...

. Nampa & Meridian hrigation District's Ridenbaugh Canal courses through a portion of the
south and east bOWld.ary of the above proposed subdivision_ The District operates some

However the District may require the developer to concrete line a portion of the Ridenbaugh
Canal bank: if any construction is to take place at the toe of the canal bank coming up from
Franklin Road.-
