the sign progJ;aIIl as it relates to your property. Enclosed'is the approved sign program
for Cherry?Crossing ShopJPng Center as submitted by Hawkins Companies the developer 'I
of the" Cherry;l,Crossin~ co~ercial subdivision. -
The planning department brought it to my attention that businesses h~cated in yout
building have not applied for sign permits for their wall signs. The Primeamerica
business has a wall sian preventing other businesses from posting their wall sian above
their entrances. (See Photo) In order to comply"with the Meridian Planned Sign program
each of the businesses need to apply for a sign permit prior to construction.

As per our lease agreement and verbal ageeIl1Cnt: I or Stormer LLC will not be installing or
obtaining any signs or approvals to put signs on said propmy.
I received another call from Jennifer Veatch and tbis matter is still not settled. I will be
contacting Golden West Advertising (or a professional sign company) wbichhad the intial sign
program approved for Cherry Crossing to get a approved sign phm for our building. It ~ come
to my attention that no permits were taken out to place any signs on said btriIding. In order to
come within complicance with the City of Meridian said signs must be approved through the sign
program. I will explain to the sign company that I agreed to the signs in this order and design:
1. Evergreens signs were agreed and approved by me
2. ~rica was agreed and approved by me. l'
3. BIBS signage was never agreed upOn at the time oflease signing.
) have since paid for and had install the two electrical boxes (Cost of'S1400) for signage to be
"'installed which too was not approved by the City.
Now I know why landlords stay away form getting involved with signage. Lesson learned. The ~
