The proposed streets will be constructed to Ada County Highway District standards. 2. The proposed development is in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan. This area is designated as Medium Density Residential on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map. 3. The development will connect to City water and sewer facilities. The subdivision will connect to the White Drain Trunk in Heritage Commons Subdivision. Water is available in Locust Grove Road. Sewer and water plans have been provided for Public Works review. 4. The final plat submitted complies with most provisions of the Ordinance. The applicant has submitted a planned development application (conditional use) to allow for deviations in frontage, setbacks, block length, lot sizes and home square footage. 5. The Final plat is in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local standards. 6. Street names are in compliance with the Stree[ Name Committee comments. 7.
