In regards to the above referenced project, the subject property was posted on June 25,
2007 with a 4'x4' sign. The sign was posted on Fairview Avenue and North Lakes
Boulevard. The sign notified the public of a hearing scheduled for July 5, 2007 for the
Meridian City Planning & Zoning Commission in regards to the modification of the
existing conditional use to allow flex space on Lots 26.27,28 & 29 in Devon Park Sub.
