The Planning Department is requesting that the Conditional Use Permit request submitted by
Cherry Lane Christian Church that is scheduled fox the July 5, 2007 City Council meeting be xe-
noticed for the July 19, 2007 meeting. The reason fox the re-notice is that Staff did not include all of
the pertinent information for the CUP request in the public hearing notice and as a result requires re-
noticing.
