Our client is out of the country right now, but he is opposed to Meridian Planning’s suggested condition
of approval (IV.A.c.). Requiring subdivision of the property and construction of a collector roadway
through the middle of the property within 2 years is infeasible.
Please defer the public hearing to July 16, 2026. Thank you.
