A. Request: Annexation of 8.16 acres of land with the C-C zoning to construct 184
vertically integrated residential units and 18,226 sq. ft. of commercial space across four
(4) buildings.
Motion to approve made by Councilman Overton, Seconded by Councilwoman Little Roberts.
