Hi Nick –
Just wanted to give you a heads up. When Steve and I were looking at this project earlier, he rightly
pointed out that for the Fivemile Pathway to continue at an uninterrupted 10’ width across the collector
road, the highlighted segment should be 10’ wide as well.
I know this hearing is for annexation only – and far from a sure thing – but wanted to get that comment on
the record.
Let me know if you want me to amend the conditions.
