RE: Midgrove Plaza - Engineer's Statement of Finish Centerline Elevations
This memorandum is to certify that all street centerline and building pad elevations are set at a
minimum of three feet above the highest established normal groundwater elevation at the proposed
development at Midgrove Plaza at the corner of N. Locust Grove Road and E. Franklin Road. Per the
signed and stamped geotechnical report titled "Geotechnical Engineering Report of Midgrove Plaza
Subdivision, 1450 East Franklin Road, Meridian, ID" prepared by Materials Testing and Inspection,
groundwater depths are estimated to "remain greater than approximately 10 feet bgs throughout the
year." All buildings must be set at leats two feet above the Base Flood Elevation. With this information,
Nasland Engineering is certifying that all street centerline and building pad elevations will be set well
above the required minimum of three feet above the established normal groundwater elevation at the
proposed development site.
