Subdivision Name Approval
To whom it may concern,
As required by our Short Plat application, to provide our subdivision name approval, we have
contacted Ada County and emailed our requested subdivision name and parcel number(s) with
the relevant information. They have provided their response below, reserving the subdivision
name until final plat recording.

RE: Subdivision Name Reservation: Midgrove Plaza SUBDIVISION
At your request, I will update owner entity for the reservation of Midgrove Plaza Subdivision to
include Parcel S1107449996 of T3N, R1E, S.7 SE 1/4, Meridian. I can honor this reservation only
as long as your project is in the approval process. Final approval can only take place when the
final plat is recorded.
This reservation is available for the project as long as it
is in the approval process unless the project is
3N1E7 terminated by the client, the jurisdiction or the
conditions of approval have not been met, in which
case the name can be re-used by someone else.
