Blue Cross Updates, if any
Authorization to engage with BCS (TPA BCI is engaging for Stop Loss coverage in 2027). Board asked if signing the authorization required the Trust to participate in this change. It
was confirmed that by signing the authorization does not force the Trust to accept BCS as their stop loss provider, it is only for BCI to engage with BCS and share Trust claims information
to obtain a quote. Gallagher confirmed as well and stated they have very strict rules for stop loss carriers and would assist the Trust in navigating the options available. Approval
of authorization motioned by CB, seconded by ED, all ayes.
