Revocation of Conditional Use or Accessory Use Permit:
Clarification on Definitions: micro pathway, multiuse pathway, restaurant,
section line roads, marketing sign, public street, street yard, side
yard, and figure depicting yards.
Correct list for wireless communication facilities
Clarify location requirements on accessory units.
Clarify tables with regard to setback measurements.

Clarify who determine if applications meet the criteria in the Downtown
Meridian Design Guidelines.
