1. Streets, curbs, gutters, and sidewalks aze to be constmcted to standards as required by Ada County
Highway District and Meridian Ordinance. Dimensions will be determined by the City Engineer. All
sidewalks will be five (5) feet in width.
2. Proposed plat is in conformance with the City of Meridian Zoning & Subdivision Ordinance and
Comprehensive Plan.
3. Development will connect to Ciry services.
4. Proposed plat is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat.
5. Proposed plat is in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural, and surveying practices
and local standards.
