The Planning Department is requesting that the City Council review (AP-07-004) of the
Commission's decision of approval for the Busted Shovel Bar & Grill (CUP-07-064), that is
scheduled for the June 26, 2007 City Council meeting, be continued due to the property not being
posted in accordance with the requirements listed in UDC 11-SA-SD. Staff is requesting that this
item be continued to the City Council meeting on July 17, 2007 to allow the Applicant adequate time
to post the property in accordance with the aforementioned requirements.
