Members present: Keith Bird, Ron Anderson, Tammy deWeerd, Cherie McCandless. Others present: Shari Stiles, Tom Kuntz, Kenny Bovvers, Reta Cunningham, Bill Nichols, Will Berg, Bill Gigray, Pauline Skeggs. Bird: I will call the City Council Special meeting for Tuesday, January 25th at 7:30 p.m. Roll-call, please, Mr. Clerk. We are here to go into an Executive Session. I will entertain a motion at this time to go into Executive Session. Anderson: Mr. President, I 'h'Ould make a motion that we go into Executive Session subject to Idaho State Code 67-2345 to consider advice and legal counsel about pending litigation. deWeerd: Second. Bird: Okay. We've got a motion and a second. We'll have a roll-call vote. Roll-call vote: McCandless, aye; Anderson, aye; deWeerd, aye. MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES Bird: Okay.
