Thank you for your diligence in preparing the staff report for the above referenced application.
We agree with staff's comments with the exception ofa few items.

submitted for phase I.

General Requirements
2. This requirement is applicable to residential applications but not commercial. We respectfully
request leeway to be allowed to submit for and obtain building permits to construct the site
and building improvements concurrently; with the exception that fire hydrants or similar be
functional prior to construction of any combustible materials.
4. Request that all development improvements be installed or bonded for (110%) prior to
certificates of occupancy . We may run into winter and need to physically install landscaping
and irrigation in the spring after occupancy.
