Please accept this letter as certification that the centerline elevations of the proposed streets within Gasser Land
Development Subdivision No.1 are designed a minimum of three(3)feet above the seasonal high ground water
elevation. The geotechnical engineering report, "Proposed Mixed-Use Development 2954 West Franklin Rd
Meridian, ID",prepared by Materials Testing&Inspection and dated March 6,2020,was used to determine the
approximate groundwater elevations relative to the street centerline elevations.
