The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s) and has the following comments:
1. The McDermott Bypass is under ITD’s jurisdiction until it is accepted and transferred to Ada County Highway District. While
the Department will not currently grant new access to the Bypass, we will continue coordinating with the applicant and
ACHD. The timeline for the transfer is uncertain, but efforts are underway.
2. Apart from the comment above, ITD does not have any concerns with the proposed development.
3. ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of the submitted documents.
