To Whom It May Concern:
In regards to the above referenced project, the subject property was posted on June 15,
2007 with a 4'x4' sign. The sign was posted on FairviewAvenue and North Lakes
Boulevard. The sign notified the public of a hearing scheduled for June 26, 2007 for the
Meridian City Council in regards to the preliminary and final plat to split Lot 4 Block 1
of Dev9fi1 Park Sub. No.2 into two lots. If you need any additional information please
