Ten Mile Road 888-2191 / fax 884-0744 Water 2235 N.W. 8th Street 888-5242/ fax 884~1159 PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT / NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian Chy Hall, 33 East Idaho Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 26, 2007, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application ZOA 07-001 of City of Meridian Planning Department for a Zoning Ordinance/Unified Development Code (UDC) Text Amendment to modify, clean up and add specific sections to the UDC (see application for details of all sections proposed for amendments) for Unified Development Code Text Amendment # 2. More particular descriptions of the above information are on file in the Planning Department, 660 East Watertower Lane, Suite 202, Meridian; Idaho and are available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Copies of the above applications are available upon request. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials may be submitted seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related to documents and/or hearings, please contact the City Clerk's Office at 888-4433 at least 72 hours prior to the public meeting.
