Thanks for this opportunity to review the Recommendations.
I have forwarded the info to CSHQA & Zamzows for their review and comment, if any.
My comments are as follows:
1 )Page 4, item 6.e.1 - I have confirmed with Public Works that there exist (3) 4" diameter sanitary sewer stubs
and (3) domestic water stubs along the north sidewalk of Overland.
2}page 4, item 6.e.5. - ACHD has evaluated the proposed project in their report MAZ-07-008 dated 5/8/07, a
copy of which was forwarded to the City of Meridian by ACHD. I can provide a copy of this report to your office if
requested.
3)Page 5 near top - the proposed driveway is approx. 200' north of the south property line.
4)Page 7 Building Elevations - a revised building elevation drawing dated 5/14/07 was submitted to the Planning
Dept. on or about S/14107 to clarify the appearance of the Jade Avenue elevation. It is our understanding that this
revision to the elevations is acceptable to the Planning Dept. Please confirm that this is correct.
S)Page 9 last sentence - please revise to read "may be required" as noted in item 6.3 of the agency and
department comments.
6)Page 10 first sentence - The ACHD report dated S/8/07 states that additional sidewalk work along Overland is
not required. A sidewalk already exists along Overland. Please revise the recommendations accordingly.
7)Exhlblt A 3. Conceptual Building Elevations - please replace these elevations with the revised drawing dated
S/14/07.
8)Exhibit B page 2 first sentence - same as item 6 above.

Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendations and the Staff Report for
the Annexation request for Zamzow's Overland (AZ-07-008). This item is scheduled to be on the City
Council agenda on June 26, 2007. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Idaho Avenue,
beginning at 7:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions. Thank you.
