Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 12, 2026
at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall,33 E.Broadway Ave.Meridian
Idaho 83642 to hear the following request(s):
H-2026-0001 Skybreak Rim: Modified Development Agree-
ment to the existing development agreements (Inst. #2021-
042520 and Planned Unit Development Modification to remove
the subject property from the boundary of the approved Pura
Vita Ridge Ranch subdivision and enter into a new develop-
ment agreement,a Rezone of approximately 6.64 acres of land
from the R-8 zone to the R-15 zone,a Preliminary Plat consist-
ing of 38 single-family residential building lots,5 common lots,
2 common drive lots and 1 private street lot on 9.74 acres of
land in the proposed R-15 zone and Private Street to provide
access to the proposed development, located near the south-
east corner of S.Eagle Rd.,and E.Lake Hazel Rd.Applicant:
