Subject: Development Agreement Modification
To whom it may concern,
This letter is to modify an existing Development Agreement#2021-135666.
The current agreement reads:
4. USES PERMITTED BY THIS AGREEMENT.- This Agreement shall vest the right
to develop the Property in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
4. 1 The uses allowed pursuant to this Agreement are only those uses allowed
under the UDC.
4. 2 No change in the uses specified in this Agreement shall be allowed without
modification of this Agreement.
We are proposing to modify 4.1 to read as follows:
4. 1 The uses allowed pursuant to this Agreement are only those uses allowed
under the UDC, with the exception of Animal Care Facility to be allowed if approved by conditional use.
