RE: PROJECT #202401384 PBA
Dear Mr. Gills,
On September 18,2024,the Director granted tentative approval of Project#202401384 PBA, subject
to the conditions of approval listed in Exhibit#A. The final conditions of approval for the property
boundary adjustment have been met as listed:
1. A Record of Survey was completed by Colleen Marks who is a licensed professional land
surveyor in the State of Idaho. Record of Survey#14674 was recorded on December 4,2024.
2. As evidenced in the record the Ada County Assessor's Office has assigned new tax parcel
numbers to the resultant parcels.
3. As evidenced in the record the applicant has provided the following documentation to the
Director: A copy of Record of Survey #14674, proof of assignment of tax parcel numbers,
and a copy of the recorded deeds(Instrument#2024-056503 and Instrument#2024-071059).
4. A property owner has requested a letter from the Director stating that the property boundary
adjustment is final.
Project #202401384 PBA has met the required conditions of approval as listed above. This letter
certifies that Project#202401384 PBA has received final approval.
