Modiļ¬cation to the existing development agreement (Inst. #2021-042520) and Planned Unit
Development to remove the subject property from the boundary of the approved Pura Vita Ridge
Ranch Subdivision and enter into a new development agreement; Rezone of approximately 6.64-
acres of land from the R-8 zone to the R-15 zone; Preliminary Plat consisting of 38 single-family
residential building lots, 5 common lots, 2 common drive lots and 1 private street lot on 9.74-acres
of land in the proposed R-15 zone; AND private street to provide access to the proposed
development, by Conger Group.
