mission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, May 07, 2026 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall, 33
E. Broadway Ave. Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the following
request(s):
H-2025-0059&H-2026-0007 Ustick Commercial:Compre-
hensive Plan Map Amendment to change the Future Land Use
Map designation on 4 acres of land from Medium Density Res-
idential to Commercial (H-2025-0059), an Annexation of 4.31
acres of land with a C-C zoning district and a Preliminary Plat
consisting of four(4)building lots on 4 acres of land in the C-C
zoning district for McUstick Subdivision (H-2026-0007), locat-
